Beginner Bliss: Intro to Pole
No experience necessary! This class is for those who have always dreamed of trying pole fitness in a safe and supportive space. Get ready to meet your new love, the pole! In this class, we will learn the essential techniques and build a strong foundation in pole dance; familiarizing ourselves with the pole and basic fundamentals including walks, pirouettes, basic spins and of course, climbing! We’re sure it will be love at first spin! **No prior experience is required; this class is open to absolute beginners and those looking to solidify their understanding of fundamental pole techniques.
Level 1: Pole Foundations
Now it’s time to start building on those Intro fundamentals and developing upper body strength! This class takes your skills to new heights by introducing climbs, spin pole, transitions, and choreography. Students will learn new upright tricks, grips, climbs, and points of contact while preparing themselves for inversions. Static & spin pole will be used in this routine based class. Come ready to work! Heels are welcome and optional! **This class is for those who have taken at least (4) Beginner Bliss: Intro Pole classes OR demonstrate proficiency in beginner pole technique.
Pole Dynamics! Tricks, Spins, & Transitions
Level 2+ INT/ADV. In Pole Dynamics, nothing is off limits! Designed for intermediate to advanced students, you can expect to explore a variety of dynamic moves ranging anywhere from static combos and tricks, intricate spin sequences and transitions, to daring flips, drops, and pole stands! Pole Dynamics will surely expand your repertoire while focusing on fluidity, control, and the beauty of motion. Elevate your skills aerially while continuing to refine lines and perfect technique. This class promises to challenge and inspire as you master the artistry and athleticism of pole dance. Heels are welcome!
**This class is best for students who have a solid inverted crucifix and leg hangs.
Pole Zoo! - MIX LEVEL
MIX LEVEL POLE CLASS! Pole Zoo is the perfect class to challenge yourself and grow! Whether you’ve just graduated from Beginner Bliss or are an intermediate/advanced poler eager to refine your technique and learn new tricks, this class offers something for everyBODY! Students will be guided through a series of exercises and conditioning at the beginning of each class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and pole skills. Progressions and variations are given to each student based on skill level to accommodate individual abilities and goals! Pole Zoo is sure to unlock your full potential on the pole! Come ready to work! Heels are welcome and optional! **This class is for those who have tested out of Beginner Bliss or demonstrate proficiency in beginner pole technique.
(Sp)INVERT: Lvl 1+
This class provides two focuses: mastering your inverts and spin pole, separately and together! In (SP)INVERT, students are learning to confidently invert from the floor as well as spin pole control with focus on control and fluidity. Our experienced instructors will guide students through carefully structured exercises, techniques, and progressions aimed at building strength, flexibility, and confidence needed to achieve both stunning inversions and spin pole control with grace. Focus on techniques and body mechanics required for successful inversions and control while continuing to develop core and upper body strength. **This class is for those who have taken at least (5) Level 1: Pole Foundations classes and demonstrate proficiency in basic pole technique, including spins, climbs, and choppers.
Freestyle Forum - ALL LEVELS
An all level class dedicated to the intentional exploration of your own body's freestyle movement and flow in a safe inclusive space. Discover the unique language of your body in this empowering and expressive class, fostering creativity and confidence on the pole. Freestyle Forum is your opportunity to embody your emotions and express yourself through the exploration of unchoreographed movement. Work on finding your own personal flow in this judgment-free safe space while playing with concepts and elements that will push you to detach from overthinking while dancing. Class incorporates various practices such as prompt work and mirror avoidance. All Levels Welcome! Comfortable and layered clothing styles. You’re encouraged to take this class barefoot or in socks/leg warmers with knee pads.
Aerial Hoop (Lyra) - ALL LEVELS
ALL LEVELS! Come experience the world of Aerial Arts in our Aerial Hoops Class! This class combines strength, flexibility, and grace as you learn to maneuver on and around a suspended hoop. Beginners will start with foundational moves closer to the ground, gradually progressing to more challenging poses and transitions as you build strength and confidence. Variations and progressions will be provided to our seasoned aerialists making this the perfect class for everyone! With expert instruction and a supportive atmosphere, you'll defy gravity and unleash your inner aerial artist in a fun and safe environment. No experience necessary, just a willingness to soar! This class is limited to 8 participants. **Please wear leggings for this class!

STUDENT’S CHOICE! Come ready with your personal list of pole goals and dream moves to work on! Want to try that move you saw on TikTok? This class is designed to meet you where you are in your individual pole dance journey, allowing you to choose and work towards your own specific goals moves! Instructor will circulate throughout the room, offering individualized attention to each student and assisting them with their chosen move(s) and skills. Limit to 6 students per class to ensure each student gets the best individualized experience **This is not a group instruction class. Each student will work individually with the instructor on move(s) of their choice.
Low Flow (Heels)
In low flow heels, you’ll begin to dive deep into the world of all things heels and flow. This class offers a unique blend of slinky movements, intricate threading, and the artistry of sensual dance mixed with dynamic floor work. Explore and learn different heel techniques like glides, drags, and our favorite crowd-pleaser move… HEEL CLAQ’S! Learn graceful movements and flowy transitions while embracing your unique expression through fluid floorwork, sultry choreography, and body isolations. The choreography and transitions are designed to be sexy and alluring, incorporating both static and spin pole techniques. This class promises an immersive exploration of sensuality, elegance, and expression. **Knee Pads Required. Heels and/or socks!
Contemporary Flow
Explore Artistic movement and fluidity in our Contemporary Flow class! Guided by dynamic sequences, you’ll cultivate strength and grace while diving deep into the art of dance. Build confidence as you seamlessly blend dance and pole techniques in this empowering and expressive session, conveying emotion through the art of dance. Socks and knee pads required! ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
Flying Pole (POP-UP CLASS)
INT/ADV. A dynamic workout that combines pole and aerial fitness giving you dance, acrobatics, and strength training all in one place! Flying Pole is perfect for experienced polers looking to enhance their strength and agility. Join our Flying Pole class for an exhilarating journey into the world of aerial excitement! This is a POP UP CLASS, not a regularly scheduled class. **This class is for those who demonstrate proficiency in beg/int. pole techniques and inversions. Must have a solid chopper, invert, leg hang, and climb. Must be comfortable with spinning.
Pole Play! (Practice Pole - No Instruction)
Welcome to Pole Play, where the poles are open, and the possibilities are endless! Open pole practice is for all levels! This is your time to dance, sway, and express yourself in the way that feels most authentic. Whether you're perfecting your favorite spins, working on that new trick from class, or simply enjoying the rhythm of dance, Pole Play is your time and your canvas! **Instructor will be present but there is no instruction given during Pole Play. This is a practice pole session. Limit to 6 students per class.
FloorWork Fusion (No Pole)
No pole, no problem! For all levels who want to explore the sensual and artistic possibilities of dance, grounded on the floor. Discover the magic of floor work through slinky slides, graceful rolls, and sultry stretches. Learn how to convey emotion, tell a story, and evoke a mood through the captivating language of dance using nothing but the floor. All levels welcome! Knee pads required. Socks or Heels strongly encouraged.
Flexibility Lab - ALL LEVELS
Flexibility Lab is designed to enhance your flexibility, promote joint mobility, and compliment your pole fitness journey. This class is for all levels, providing a dedicated space to improve your range of motion and overall flexibility. Here we prioritize the art of flexibility, recognizing its profound impact on both performance and overall well-being. This class is a harmonious blend of dynamic stretches, targeted exercises, and mindful breathing techniques. Yoga Mat required. **No experience required! All levels welcome
Chair Flair & Flow - ALL LEVELS
Here your chair becomes more than just a prop; it becomes your partner in creating expressive transitions and graceful poses and flow. Join us for a journey of self-expression, where the chair amplifies your dance with flair. All levels are welcome!

A full-body conditioning workout designed to boost endurance, strength, and mobility, empowering you to reach your pole goals! Our sessions seamlessly integrate a variety of bodyweight exercises suitable for all levels, utilizing the pole, bands, and sliders!
Stretch Yoga
Stretch Yoga: Revitalize your body with a gentle practice designed to awakrn your sense. Through mobility-enhancing movements and soothing flexibility exercises, it’s the perfect way to start or end your pole workout with rejuvenation!
Yoga: Power Flow
